Fundraisers & Grants
Fundraisers and Grants
The Nevada Garden Clubs, Inc. (NGCI) supports its member clubs through two powerful initiatives — our Seasonal Fundraisers and our Grant Program. Together, these efforts help cultivate vibrant communities, fund creative gardening projects, and provide the resources clubs need to grow and thrive.
Our Seasonal Fundraisers offer members and friends meaningful ways to contribute — from purchasing beautiful plants, sweets, and wreaths to participating in special partner programs that give back to NGCI. Every dollar raised strengthens our statewide Grant Fund, which provides financial support to member clubs for educational, beautification, and community projects that advance the mission of Nevada Garden Clubs.
Explore the opportunities below to support our fundraisers or apply for a grant — and help us continue to plant the seeds of knowledge, beauty, and community across Nevada.

ICES – International Cultural Exchange Services
International Cultural Exchange Services (ICES) is a Nevada-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit promoting cultural understanding through youth exchange programs. Founded in 1991 by John J. Crist, ICES brings over 1,500 high school students from more than 40 countries to live with U.S. volunteer host families and attend American high schools each year.
ICES is the third-largest high school exchange program in the U.S., the only such program headquartered in Nevada, certified by CSIET, and operates under the auspices of the U.S. Department of State. Their trained coordinators and counselors, along with partner schools in all 50 states, help ensure a safe, supportive experience for students and host families.
How NGCI Members Can Help: Refer potential host families for students arriving for the 2025 academic year. For each successful placement from an NGCI referral, NGCI receives a $500 referral donation supporting our Grant Fund.
